TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE — COACHIFOOT

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CoachiFoot and subscriptions to paid plans offered through the Web App.

1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
CoachiFoot is an application for football coaches. Depending on the plan used, it enables users in particular to access a library of drills and training sessions, create their own drills and sessions, manage teams and players, carry out tests and assessments, prepare line-ups, use artificial intelligence tools, edit drills and animations, export certain content, and access sharing and community features.
2. USER ACCOUNT
Some features require an account. Users undertake to provide accurate information and keep their login credentials confidential. The same CoachiFoot account may be used on compatible platforms offered by CoachiFoot, including web and mobile.
The account is personal and must not be transferred or shared in order to circumvent the limits of the subscribed plan.
3. 14-DAY PREMIUM TRIAL
Each eligible new account may receive 14 days of free access to Premium features.
No payment card is required and no payment is automatically triggered when the trial expires.
At the end of the 14 days, the user may subscribe to Premium to retain full access. Otherwise, the account automatically switches to the free version of CoachiFoot.
4. FREE PLAN
Subject to changes displayed on the pricing page, the free version includes in particular: – 80 drills with video animations; – 12 training sessions; – up to 5 personal sessions and drills; – up to 5 players; – up to 2 player tests or assessments.
5. PREMIUM PLAN
Premium includes in particular: – more than 800 drills with video animations; – more than 250 sessions and programmes; – unlimited personal sessions and drills; – player tests and assessments without a limit specific to the Premium feature; – AI session generator; – personalised AI Coach; – drill and animation editor; – advanced statistics and PDF exports; – CoachiFoot sharing and community; – content shared by other users when available.
6. PRICES
The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of ordering. As of this version, Web Premium plans are offered at €8.99 per month or €69.99 per year.
The prices displayed at checkout prevail. Any change applicable to the renewal of an existing subscription will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
7. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Web subscriptions may be paid for in particular via Stripe and PayPal. VEGUY SOFTWARE does not receive the full payment-card details entered with these providers.
A paid order becomes final only after payment has been confirmed. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play also remain subject to the payment terms and mechanisms of the relevant platform.
8. TERM, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
The Premium subscription is monthly or annual, depending on the option selected at checkout. Unless otherwise stated or cancelled beforehand, it renews in accordance with the terms presented when subscribing.
Users may cancel online a subscription entered into electronically using the functionality provided for this purpose, or through Apple/Google where the subscription was purchased on their platform.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless otherwise required by law, Premium access remains available until the end of the period already paid for. On expiry, the account may continue subject to the limits of the free version.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A consumer who enters into a paid subscription at a distance is, in principle, entitled to a statutory 14-day withdrawal period from the date the contract is concluded, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
Where the user requests that performance of the service begin before the end of that period, the consequences laid down by the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) apply. Any loss of the right of withdrawal may occur only where the statutory conditions are met and the required consents have been obtained.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised using the online functionality provided or by any unambiguous statement sent to contact@coachifoot.com before the deadline expires.

10. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
VEGUY SOFTWARE uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of CoachiFoot. The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical incidents, security reasons or external events.
Features may evolve. Any substantial modification to a digital service supplied over a period of time will be managed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
11. USER-CREATED CONTENT
Users retain their rights in content they create and import, subject to third-party rights, and warrant that they hold the necessary rights.
When users voluntarily share content with the CoachiFoot community, they grant VEGUY SOFTWARE a non-exclusive licence strictly necessary to host, display and make that content available within the service.
When an account is deleted, private content is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Content already shared with the community may be retained after being dissociated from the identity of the account.
12. PLAYER DATA
Players recorded in CoachiFoot do not have personal accounts. Player profiles are created and controlled by the coach.
The coach undertakes to enter only data necessary for sports management and to comply with the obligations incumbent on them when entering data concerning third parties, particularly minors. Where necessary, it is the coach's responsibility to have the appropriate information or authorisations, particularly for photographs.
13. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Certain features use artificial intelligence to assist coaches. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable and do not replace the coach's judgement.
Users remain responsible for checking and using generated suggestions and are encouraged not to enter unnecessary personal data concerning players in free-text fields or AI conversations.
Certain CoachiFoot features rely on artificial intelligence services. These features are intended for reasonable personal use within the normal use of the Service. CoachiFoot reserves the right to apply temporary limitations in the event of excessive, automated or abusive use that may affect the operation, availability, security or costs of the Service. Features relying on artificial intelligence may evolve, be modified or be subject to usage limits in order to maintain the quality, security and availability of the Service.
14. ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY
In particular, it is prohibited to publish unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights, compromise the security of the service, carry out bulk extraction of content or databases, resell or redistribute protected content without authorisation, impersonate a third party, or unnecessarily share players' personal data.
VEGUY SOFTWARE may remove content that is manifestly unlawful or contrary to these Terms and, in the event of a serious or repeated breach, suspend or close the account in accordance with applicable law.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
CoachiFoot, its trademark, interfaces, editorial content, drills, animations, videos, illustrations, software and databases are protected. The subscription grants only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
16. LIABILITY
VEGUY SOFTWARE remains subject to mandatory consumer-protection obligations.
CoachiFoot is a tool to assist with sports preparation and organisation. The coach remains responsible for supervising players, adapting drills to their age, level and physical condition, and for facilities and safety rules.
VEGUY SOFTWARE shall not be liable for damage resulting from use contrary to these Terms, information deliberately provided incorrectly by the user, or an external event not attributable to it, subject to applicable mandatory provisions.
17. STATUTORY CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantees applicable to digital content and digital services under the French Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, consumers have the remedies provided by law, including bringing the service into conformity and, where the relevant conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
18. ACCOUNT DELETION
Users may request or carry out deletion of their account using the available features. Deletion results in erasure or anonymisation of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Certain data may be retained for the period required by law, particularly for accounting, evidentiary, security or marketing-objection management purposes. Encrypted backups are retained for a maximum of 30 days before rotation.

20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by French law. For consumers residing in another State, this provision does not deprive them of any mandatory protections they enjoy under the law applicable to them.
The courts having jurisdiction are determined in accordance with applicable legal rules.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
VEGUY SOFTWARE may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the service, regulations or its practices. Where an amendment substantially affects an ongoing contract or digital service, the user will be informed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
