The CoachiFoot website and Web App are published by:

CoachiFoot is a service published and operated by VEGUY SOFTWARE.

2. HOSTING

The web component of CoachiFoot is hosted in particular by Vercel Inc. The API and database are currently hosted by A2 Hosting. Certain files are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including in the Paris region.

These service providers may change for technical, security or performance reasons. The Privacy Policy identifies the main service providers processing personal data.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The structure of the CoachiFoot service, as well as the texts, drills, animations, illustrations, videos, logos, trademarks, databases, interfaces, features and other content published by VEGUY SOFTWARE, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless prior written authorisation has been obtained, any reproduction, representation, extraction, adaptation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, of CoachiFoot's protected content for purposes other than normal use of the service is prohibited.

Content created by users remains subject to the rights of its authors. When a user voluntarily chooses to share content with the CoachiFoot community, the user grants VEGUY SOFTWARE only those rights strictly necessary to host, display and make that content available within the service, under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.

4. PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data carried out in connection with CoachiFoot is described in the Privacy Policy available on the website and Web App.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKERS

CoachiFoot uses cookies and other trackers that are necessary for the operation of the service and, subject to the user's consent where required, audience measurement and advertising tools.

Preferences may be accepted, refused or changed at any time using the Cookiebot tool available on the website.

6. CONSUMER MEDIATION

After first submitting a written complaint to VEGUY SOFTWARE, and if no satisfactory response is received, consumers may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator appointed by VEGUY SOFTWARE:
